At Front Street Dental we believe that you cannot have healthy people on a sick planet. For this reason we have incorporated sustainable practices into numerous aspects of our office. We have painstakingly identified a wide variety of potentially harmful toxins in the dental environment… and we have taken concrete steps to eliminate or minimize your exposure:

• We use digital imaging (not traditional x-rays), which means significantly less radiation for our patients and no potentially toxic x-ray development chemicals are found in the breathable air.
• Our flooring is Marmoleum®. It is bio-degradable, and does not release harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the breathable air.
• Our walls are painted with ultra-low VOC’s paint choices for your breathing comfort.
• Medical-grade air purifier to lower mercury vapour levels in the breathable air.
• Our office is cleaned only with gentle, eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Our office is digital which reduces paper usage.
• Only 100% recycled paper is used.
• All of the paper in the office is recycled.
